Privacy policy
Effective October 28, 2026.
Who we are
Graystone Outdoors LLC, based in McKinney, Texas. You can reach us at chad@graystoneoutdoors.com or (469) 744-6494.
What we collect
Only what you send through the bid request form: your name, company, email or phone, project details, location, and any plans you upload as a PDF. We also count basic site visits and clicks, like calls and emails, without cookies and without identifying you.
How we use it
To review your project, contact you, and send a bid. That's it.
Who sees it
Graystone staff. Form details are stored with our website host and sent to our inbox through our email provider. Uploaded plans are stored privately and are only viewable by Graystone staff.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep project inquiries as long as they're useful for the bid and our records. Email us to ask what we have or to have it deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top.
